No more excuses for burns while cooking! But you have to use them!

Years ago when people said potholders, I pictured the ones we made in a crafts with looms

or the cotton potholders with random "kitchen" themed pictures such as tomatoes, spices bottles, etc. But this pot holders did very little to keep our hands from burning, it took a few layers of them to keep real heat from our hands. Then a few years back, probably a more than a few but I digress, there came the initial silicone oven mitts and pot holders. They had restrictions that did not allow you to use them for things over 400 degrees.

The oven mittens by KUUK are brilliant to say the least. I have been able to use these to pull things out of the oven up until 450 degree oven without feeling even a second of heat. I have used them on my cast iron dutch oven which holds heat more than any other and no carry over heat to my hands. We have used these to pull out hot nachos from the oven as well.
