Years ago when I was young and didn't care less if I shit or not. It was not a bodily function that I paid the least bit attention to. Truly I wondered why the hell anyone took the time to spend time in their day talking about their bowel movements. I remember as a child, my grandma Lois babysitting one of my cousins and the discussion of the daily bowel movements went on and on. I could not for the life of me understand why any adult who constantly is telling children not to say poop or shit would spend so much time talking about what size, color shape and consistancy my cousin's poo was. Then as a teen and twenty something I would hear older aunts and uncles bitch if they hadnt shit in days. Again why is this a topic of conversation. Is my family just crazy? Nope this time it was the other side of the family. Then in my thirties, my granny in law talks of too loose of bowels and she is in her 70s and not my blood relative at all. Maybe its just Ohio crazies talking about their bowels all the time?
Well when I stopped eating gluten, started cutting out the chemicals in our diet and generally taken better care of myself I have been forced to notice the ways of my body and know that sometimes you may need a little help with a cleanse to clear our intestines of weeks if not months of garbage. I love the 15 day cleanse pills. I use it more as a weekly cleanse taking 2 pills at bed time once a week to get a good clean colon. Works great and its a natural laxative and herbs. #hippiehappy
